Saturday Morning Update #64

Saturday Morning Update is a weekly series where I talk about my adventures in geek life from the previous week. Read on to find out a little bit more about what I did this week, including what I’ve been watching, reading, and playing.

NINTENDO 64!!! Get it? Because this is the 64th week I've done an update. That's it. I didn't play any N64 games this week or anything, I've just been waiting for this pun.

Still working through Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. iZombie also came back so I've been getting caught up on that. Season 4 is so good! Zombies are out, half of the population of Seattle got scratch, the city is on lockdown, and the whole world's changed! This is such a better show than it should be.

I finished reading Reflection: A Twisted Tale from Disney Books. It's a "what if" story that sees Mulan adventuring into the Underworld. After that I picked up Damselfly from Scholastic. It's kind of a Lord of the Flies type story about a preppy boarding school fencing team surviving on a mysterious island. I also read more Power Rangers comics, but I'm nowhere near caught up for Shattered Grid to start!

Just more Zelda! Finding Korok Seeds left and right. Solving harder and longer shrines. Also stopped by Victory Pointe to play Dragon Ball FighterZ for the first time, the first episode of the Guardians of the Galaxy TellTale game, and this indie game called A Way Out - that one's cool. It's a Croatian game where 2 players control 2 different prison inmates planning an escape.

What have you been up to this week? Let me know in the comments below!
